Mr Hongki Cha is a Senior Researcher of Standards & Open Source Division, ETRI. His roles are standardization on autonomous vehicles, healthcare, and standardization strategy.
As an editor, his published standards include healthcare devices for both OCF Device Specification and OCF Resource Type Specification, ITU-T Y.4555 (Service functionalities of self-quantification over Internet of things) and more.
He was also a Korean national delegation to ITU Plenipotentiary Conferences both in 2014 and 2018 which led him to two Ministerial Awards for Excellence in 2015 and 2018, respectively.
His colleagues and friends consider him a positive and outgoing person. He speaks four languages: Korean, English, French, and Chinese. |
