- °ü½ÉºÐ¾ß: Radio Access Network, Vertical Mobility, IMT_Advanced
°¿¬¿ä¾à : Currently, the big events such that the candidate frequency spectrum for IMT-Advanced was announced, an
d 3GPP, 3GPP2, and mobile WiMAX groups have almost completed their draft standards for the evolved wirel
ess telecommunication systems, lead us to have great interest in IMT-Advanced technology.
In this talk, the emerging technical trends of radio access network for IMT_Advanced will be overviewed inclu
ding ;

- Decentralized & scalable network architecture
- Adaptive inter-cell interference management
- Nomadic & local access base station (HBS, MHR)
- Multi-system & multi-mode mobility
- Cooperative radio resource management
- Autonomous self-configuration and optimization, and
- Other highlight technologies
This presentation refers to the standards of 3GPP LTE, LTE-Advanced, and mobileWiMAX Evolution
